Our Simple Terms & Conditions

• Payment must be made in full before we hand the keys back. We have the right to take your car away until the full amount has been fully settled.
• While the car is in our possession it is still rightfully yours but we can not release until full payment has been provided for the work carried out.
• Head Mechanics shall be not responsible for fixing stolen cars. We are non the wiser and can not be held responsible for the theft of the vehicle, we are just fixing it to take back to the customer.
• Head Mechanics will look after your car with care. In the event that the car comes back damaged in anyway we will do our best to help you resolve the issue but we can not be held responsible for any damages. In most cases the damages are already there upon collection and the customer blames us.
• We endeavour to complete each job within 3 working days but during busy periods this can be up to 10 working days so please bear with us, we will be in touch.

• Head Mechanics are based in Birmingham, you at anytime have the right to come and see your car during its repair but you can not enter the work area due to health & safety as it can be very dangerous with heavy machinery and oil in place. We can not be held responsible.
